Tired of virtual tours? Eager to spring outdoors? You’re in luck because Garden Tour season is upon us! Here are some great options for you:
Native Plant Garden Tour
The Theodore Payne Foundation’s Native Plant Garden Tour is on April 23rd and 24th! Ticket includes admission to 30+ gardens across LA for both days, admission to the after-party at LA State Historic Park and a stylized tour guide. Purchase your tickets here. Children under 16 do not require a ticket.
Spring Garden Tour
Inspired Garden Artistry is holding their 10th Anniversary Spring Garden Tour on May 1st 2022. The tour will walk you through a range of gardens, from drought tolerant landscapes to lush native plants. Purchase your tickets here. In addition to the Spring Garden Tour, Inspired Garden Artistry also offers free access to a Vendor Fair, which includes a kids zone, a neighborhood plant swap, art, plant vendors, food, music and more.
SuihoEn Japanese Garden
The SuihoEn Japanese Garden is now open again! Located in the heart of the San Fernando Valley, this 6 1/2 acre garden features a dry Zen meditation garden, a “wet-strolling garden” and a tea garden! Admission is free and open Monday through Thursday of every week. Register here.
